Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have requested a return within the legal 14-day period.

  • Non-conforming Products: The textile material has manufacturing defects or does not match the specifications of your order.

  • Order Cancellation: The order was canceled before the fabric was cut or dispatched.

2. Refund Amount Calculation

  • Standard Returns: If the return is not due to an error on our part, the total shipping costs (original delivery and return shipping) are covered entirely by the customer. If you request a refund for a pre-paid order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

  • Store Errors/Defects: If you received a defective or incorrect product, lametru.ro will cover all shipping costs. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the initial delivery fee.

3. Payment Timeline

Once the refund request is approved (and, where applicable, the products have been received and inspected), the funds will be transferred within a maximum of 14 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the initial purchase:

  • Online Card Payment: Refunded directly to the card used for the transaction.
