14-Day Return Policy

In accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: Fabrics or materials must be in their original condition.

  • Minimum Length: Must be at least 1 meter in length.

  • Whole Meters Only: Returns are accepted only for whole meters (e.g., 1m, 2m, 3m). Partial meters (e.g., 1.2m, 2.5m) cannot be returned.

  • Unwashed & Uncut: Items must be unwashed and uncut.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless:

  • The item is faulty or defective
  • We made an error in your order
  • You received the wrong product

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@lametru.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Package the items securely in their original condition
  5. Send your return to the address provided below

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you discover any of the following issues, contact us immediately:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect products received
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues with the fabric or materials

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut or washed materials – All fabrics or materials must be returned in their original, unaltered condition
  • Custom-cut orders – Fabrics cut to specific measurements cannot be returned unless defective
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item

This ensures you receive the item you want as quickly as possible.
